Bi-Folding Gates
Folding gates provide a more economical solution as sliding gates may restrict space.
They can also have an advantage of normally being able to open one of the four leafs for pedestrian use. A wider entrance can also be achieved by opening the gates fully.
The separate leafs are held in line by strategically placed drop bolts, and reduces the operating space required to open and close the gate. It can be particularly useful if the driveway on a slope, or parking space is limited.

Because folding gates are more difficult to fabricate and install, they are a much more specialist job.
We will usually only recommend folding gates when there is no other option.
